Due diligence is an important tool which is mainly used for setting purchase prices and formulating any further strategies associated with M&A (merger & acquisition) transactions. The DD includes the realisation of detailed asset, liability and income analyses, accounting and tax analyses, the identification of all potential risks, analyses of the information systems and so on.

The DD results in a detailed report containing a recapitulation of all of the information acquired during the course of the DD process and focussed on the facts which are of significance for the customer and for the customer’s further plans.
